Gross household incomes must not exceed the following amounts:

| 2 Bedroom | $600.00 | $21,600 or more per year |
| 3 Bedroom | $710.00 | $25,560 or more per year |
* Utilities provided include Gas, Trash Removal, and Lawn Care.
* Security deposit is equal to one month’s rent.
Tenant supplies Stove, Refrigerator, and Washer/Dryer and is responsible for Water/Sewer and Electric utilities.

Placement Procedure
The waiting list is maintained according to date and time of application. Eligible applicants only pay 25% of their gross income towards rent or established flat rent.
Please be advised veterans receive a preference. We also grant local preference for any applicants residing within the city limits of Altoona, PA.
