Public Housing

Public Housing communities owned and operated by the Altoona Housing Authority include The Towers (Senior Community) and Fairview Hills (Family Community).

Our goal is to maintain safe, secure and affordable housing to very low and low income families – serving families, singles, senior citizens, disabled and handicapped individuals.

While not part of the Public Housing inventory, Pleasant Village is also a vital community to the Altoona Housing Authority.
