Mark is the caseworker for The Taylor, The Fairview, and Pleasant Village Apartment tenants, and also initially handles leases for tenant moves and new vouchers.

Greg Leach	Housing Inspector	(814) 949-2024 Ext. 325
Greg inspects apartments prior to tenant move-in and on an annual basis thereafter to ensure building regulations are met.
