Betsy in the Caseworker for tenants with last name Hi-R.

Pam Helsel	Management Aide	(814) 949-2008 Ext. 301
Pam is the caseworker for tenants with last name T-Z and City Hall Commons Vouchers.

Mark Polito	Management Aide	(814) 949-2008 Ext. 322
Mark is the caseworker for The Taylor, The Fairview, and Pleasant Village Apartment, and VASH Voucher tenants, and also initially handles leases for tenant moves and new vouchers.

Greg Leach	Housing Inspector	(814) 949-2024 Ext. 325
Greg inspects apartments prior to tenant move-in and on an annual basis thereafter to ensure building regulations are met.
