Linda manages the Section 8 Department ensuring all procedures are properly met and can be contacted for general program questions.

Stephanie Price	Assistant Section 8 Coordinator	(814) 949-2008 Ext. 323
Stephanie is the caseworker for tenants with last name S-Z, and also handles Taylor, Fairview, and City Hall Commons Apartments.

Mark Polito	Management Aide	(814) 949-2008 Ext. 322
Mark is the caseworker for Pleasant Village tenants, and also initially handles leases for tenant moves and new vouchers.

William is the caseworker for tenants with last name I-R.

Greg Leach	Housing Inspector	(814) 949-2024 Ext. 325
Greg inspects apartments prior to tenant move-in and on an annual basis thereafter to ensure building regulations are met.
