• Altoona Police Department Police Officers Stop and Talk Program
  Officers are located on site at 118 East Spruce Court.  After you move into your apartment, an officer will come to your home and introduce themselves to you.
   
• After School Program
  This program runs from September/October through May.  This program targets children in the first through sixth grade and runs three days a week.  There are lots of activities to participate in.
   
• Fairview Hills Food Bank
  To set up an appointment, please call (814) 949-2016.  This program is available for the whole community.
   
• Resident Organization
  Meetings are held on the second Thursday of each month in the Community Center at 6:00 P.M.
   
• Summer Program
  This Program runs from June through August in cooperation with Penn State Altoona Campus and Blair Recreation Commission.
